They hire those who are fresh out of college so they can overwork and underpay you. The management is racist, sexist, and demeaning. There is no room for growth. The work they are doing is great, but they are even tampering with the actual research being done on the program. The people who run this program, specifically Krissy, is a money hungry boss who will work you until they find a reason to fire you. You will be working 15 hour days here.
