Pros
The pro's about ThyssenKrupp are pretty limited. They pay relatively "good." And by this I mean they hire underqualified candidates that think $14 dollars an hour is good money. So, they trap people here because if somebody doesn't have a college degree, or graduate high school with a good GPA, they're pretty limited as to how much money they can make. So if they get hired into TK they won't leave because they like the money. Also, TK is beyond one of the most stressful places to work. You can expect to work 50-60 hour weeks, including Saturdays and SUNDAYS. But those you work with, become almost like a second family to you. You're all "in it together."
Cons
- Management has no clue. - Aimee Beaudoin - Aimee Beaudoin - Aimee Beaudoin (avoid at all costs). - Extremely long work weeks. - Work/life balance is non-existent. You will live at TK. - Upper management is run by a bunch of clowns to whom the company was passed down to after daddy retired. -They're all idiots. - Relatively no potential for advancement.
