      Pros

      Company with good infrastructure. Near to railway station hence easy access. Free bus facility. Good policies for employees. Structured in working, quality oriented company. well set of standards, database, procedures.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism. Lot of non project working, non engineering, arrogant employees. Biased nature of heads and management while giving increment, bonus, promotions.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
