Pros

Friendly people and a fairly laid back environment as long as you get work done on time. Have a flexible weekly based workload so you can choose how you tackle it. If you manage your time and work, you shouldn't have to work overtime. Training documentation was being implemented to make starting much easier than before. Very friendly coworkers willing to help you in any way that they can and are open to any questions you may have.

Cons

Workload can very greatly week to week. One week you may finish your work by Wednesday and the next week you might need to put in a little overtime to finish everything by Friday. There weren't many resources to learn the job when I started, so I relied heavily on asking coworkers questions to become familiar with Thyssenkrupp's programs and systems.
