Not a pleasure to work there and you won't get what you want - Anonymous employee thirdstream Employee Review

I am sorry you did not have a pleasurable experience working at thirdstream. I do want to highlight that in April 2024, we did a full salary review and every employee, except those who were not meeting expectations, did receive a raise. We have also established a formal review process which will help with career growth and annual merit reviews. We also have established an organizational structure with solid reporting lines so if you were not sure who you were reporting to, that is on us for not doing a better job at communicating reporting lines, although I will mention that our HR system does display reporting manager on each employee record so employees do have access to this. Or failing this, our organizational chart posted on confluence also displays reporting lines. We are continually looking for ways to improve the climate at thirdstream for employees and would welcome additional feedback.
