Pros

theITSupportCenter knows their client needs, has a terrific reputation for delivering world class support and gets great feedback from end-users daily that makes for strong client retention.

Cons

IT prospects change their vision & plans frequently. Sales that "in the bag" can stall at the last minute due to changes in client IT leadership. These are long term, complicated sales and you need the ability to work with all aspects of a large organization.

Pros

People hear are great and always willing to help each other out. It's a whole other level of teamwork

Cons

Pay structure is a bit misleading. They pay for active case work and not hourly
