      Good parties, bonus, work life balance and decent merit increases if you work hard.

      Cons

      Tenure is rewarded only. You are considered for recognition and big awards or promotions only if you are 3-5 years of more. 10+ years are assumed good workers inspite of poor performance. Bad manager will screw your chances. Promotion opportunities are limited.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
