My extensive experience working at the LEGO Group has truly been nothing but positive. The atmosphere truly is what every other employer talks about when they say "we are like one big family here", but here it's not just empty words, but a spirit within every team. The company places great value on the happiness and prosperity of its employees. This in turn generates a very strong team spirit and motivation within the teams to do the best work possible. The international environment provides employees with the possibility to learn something new every day, whilst also giving a lot of opportunities for growth and upward development.
