Code - Outdated tech stack that doesn't translate for future jobs - Code quality is not a priority. As long as it passed QA seemed to be the way most people worked - Front-end/performance/accessibility/SEO is an afterthought Culture People are very nice but clearly burnt out due to unrealistic deadlines. Pay The pay is extremely low for some of my co-workers and was very low for me. This is by far the most demanding dev job I've had. They should also be transparent about how demanding the job is.

- horrible location - technology obscure and out-dated - no new product lines being designed; existing products lack competitive advantage - pay not commensurate with industry standards - most up-and-coming talent pass on this company for more exciting opportunities in Boston - management not interested in radical change necessary for future growth
