      Pros

      Amazing co workers and clients who are very supportive. interesting contracts to work on. Good diversity and inclusion policies and overall in theory decent welfare and support policies to the staff. Some very good departments exist like transport who are quite forward thinking and flexible with better management.

      Cons

      Managers are very driven by squeezing every minute of time from you and cutting costs at your expense. workload is unrelenting and driven by utilisation only. Stressful working environment with almost constant criticism. No protection from mental health issues or workload despite the headlines saying otherwise. Management are extremely cliquey and once staff are in the crosshairs life is just plain miserable with little relief. colleagues are openly criticised in meetings and publicly in highly unprofessional ways. 'Managing out' a key buzz work used very openly.

      Pros

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

      Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

      HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
