They can extend your visa for a month after terminate you unethically a day before completion of probation.
Cons
It’s in free zone so employer has their own rule you can’t complain anywhere if company do anything wrong with you. They can terminate you anytime without any notice which is very unethically either you’re permanent or in probation or on the day before completing your 6 months of probation. So, if you’re working with them your job isn’t secure because company securing themselves and destroying you. Think 1000 times before working with them. All indian management.
