Messy structure, no clear path, pressure or discouragement on the sales teams when kpi‘s or targets are not met as they expected, salary too low compared to other tech companies, entire teams and sales employees were laid off with no due notice, gave off a feeling as if one has never counted, feedback was taken but wasn’t implemented properly or quick enough, systems and tools most of the time were not working properly but employees were questioned if they worked the right way with these instead of trying to change and better tools used, too much expection with little to almost zero reward, efforts weren’t appreciated by management, at the end of the day bad management led to ruining this once great work and company atmosphere, seemed as if only opportunity to work yourself up is by being close to leaders and management, due to the was recent layoffs were handled all their values got lost.
