Stressful but rewarding - Personal Development Manager t2 Group Employee Review

Pros

Paying mileage. Learners success feels rewarding. Work from home and on field so doesn't get repetitive. Certain colleagues willing to help and some may go above and beyond.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations to manage caseload of 50+ learners within 8 working hours, that includes marking and assessing their work. Admin time is rare but once created has to be sacrificed for KPIs to be achieved. Very KPI orientated, losing focus on actually helping learners and giving them the training they need. At times mployees working overtime and not getting paid overtime because it's not 'officially' expected to work overtime.

Pros

I am finally at a place where I can wake up every morning excited to work. I love how family oriented this company is and how well everyone works as a team. At the end of the day, we all want to succeed! There is room for growth within this company and they are very flexible.

Cons

I don't have any cons.

Pros

Good sales starting point, for an opportunity to progress elsewhere.

Cons

Micromanagement to the bone, no open windows....everyone gets sick. Constant reminder that you aren't doing enough. You'll get sacked for being ill, but also told if you can't give 100%, you should not be in work.
