Pros
The management and coworkers made the job easier, considering sweetgreen looks for the more friendly worker. The work is fairly easy to get the hang of.
Cons
No tips. Not sure if this is a shared experience across sweetgreen locations, but it was ultimately the reason I quit. I would be offered tips, yet forced to hand the money back from management. Also, took on A LOT that wasn't on my paygrade.
