CEO is awful, demeaning and degrades employees often. He also often throws employees under the bus for his own mistakes. Has not fulfilled incentive promises, while cutting pay and benefits. The culture is unbearable with micromanagement and finger pointing in an industry that is rapidly dissolving. Working conditions are terrible and expectations are totally unrealistic.
