Pros
- great pay in respects to other businesses - fantastic people in the office, all very friendly (zero cattiness / moodiness) - cool product and industry
Cons
- I was told the job location was flexible, and the contract even states it’s fully remote. Upon starting you are told it’s 4x a week, and necessary to justify any WFH days - not the best management, not necessarily bad people, just inexperienced. Cumbersome weekly 1:1 with many forms to fill in on activities and progress, with many opportunities for (negative) feedback, yet will wait until career review to tell you you are in hot water - not much training, this could be due to start up nature and lack of funding - however, if you do not meet their standards, you won’t be helped or supported
