Lots of politics going on at every level to senior level, specially HR to CEO. All favourite Manager are involved in politics. Deaf year given to concerns. They just act like they are concerned for employees but in reality they these CEO and HR everyone is playing politics, they will just play around acting like they are actually taking note of your queries. Hikes are worst. Even if you are dedicated and give your 100% they will still question your performance . All blame is upon employees as the managers are saints here. Salary never on time and paying in installments even after funding. Company is cheating investors and employees. If you're CEO favourite then you will get good hike. Policies and HR are for name sake only. Carrier spoilt here totally.
