Pros
1. Town-hall meeting every month to discuss the progress and issues of everyone. That helped everyone get aligned with the overall vision of the organisation. 2. Extremely reachable and understanding management. 3. Gave employees the authority to make their own decisions in their respective fields. 4. Hard work was always appreciated and a pat on the back was never too far away if you deserved it. 5. Gave employees a sense of ownership which made me feel like I’m working for my own organisation.
Cons
1. There's not much in terms of cons, only that the office boy could do a better job in terms of keeping the office clean.
