Diverse culture of Africans and Chinese nationals Compensates hard work through commissions Chance to learn top notch technical skills The best part of my role was meeting new customers and solving their challenges with our gadgets(Startimes gadgets)
Cons
Non-standardized salary variations. People with same qualifications and experience could earn more than their fellows. This was more common with the Chinese nationals. The company seem to suffer from the Chinese communist party dictatorial tendencies which may not work in liberal markets
