      - Great salary - Fair bosses - Feedback is listened to and implemented

      Cons

      I have been with smava for a number of years and we are now 10 times the people we were when we started. This fast growth results in not knowing every individual on a personal basis anymore and this feels a little cold. Still more personal than other companies I have worked for (Oracle, Novell etc.)

      Pros

      Company uses modern tech stack. Great place to learn about many industry standard technologies. People in P&T are very nice and easy to work with. You can bring in own suggestions and own ideas! You have quite some freedom in making technical decisions.

      Cons

      Decisions are often micromanaged by C Level or middle management. Engineering feels sometimes not treated equally by C Level.
