Pros
Open workspace, friendly and international environment, great product/ idea driving the company. Many young engaging people with great ideas on board. Located in German tech capital Berlin, so easy to find another job if you network enough.
Cons
Total lack of leadership; management team seems more busy closing next deal/ financing round than managing the business. Error/ complaint rate is horrendous, makes you wonder whether customer is at center of this company or its owners are. Feels currently like Rocket - another Berlin startups that is overhyped and undermanaged...
