The company culture...Top-down support in both our career and personal lives. Our health matters to our employer e.g. we have standing desks, it is common to take a walk during breaks, we discuss solutions to pressing work problems, there is no micromanagement and we have healthy snacks. There is not any arrogance but true love for our trade and we take pride in our integrity.

It is not a place for cutthroats. It is not a place for liars, it is not a place for those suffering from delusions. But it is a place for me.

There are no positive aspects to working here. The company wax a clear direction, growth opportunities are nonexistent, and culturist toxic. It’s impossible to find any redeeming qualities when the leadership and work environment are so disorganized and demoralizing.

This company is full of empty promises and a complete lack of vision. Leadership is chaotic and disorganized, with no clear direction or follow through on any of their initiatives. The culture feels more like a toxic fraternity, with little regard for diversity or inclusion. There are no women in leadership positions, and the leadership team is entirely male. It’s an environment where promotions don’t exist, ever. The company is stuck in a rut, and it’s hard to see how they stays stay in business. It’s a place where talent is highly undervalued. I would not recommend anyone work here unless you’re OK with a toxic, demoralizing work environment.
