Pros
Some pros this company does create is a camaraderie between your fellow co-workers (however, this is only between the associates and not the supervisors and higher-ups). Another pro is acquiring basic skills of power tools and obtaining little experience being a team lead. Besides those two, there are few pros at Resawn.
Cons
Being a Senior Associate there are unwritten duties established in this position. The chain of command is apparent but the responsibilities between a Senior Associate and a Supervisor are blurred. A Senior will take on Supervisor duties however the extra responsibilities will not be reflected in the pay. Another con is the pay, this company will pay you the minimum and get the maximum out of you. Communication when there is a dispute between the Associates and Supervisors/Foreman lacks in this area. They possess no skill to de-escalate problems and listen to understand, instead, they question your position when you are not working to their expectations with no resolution to the issue. One big con is the disparity from the Office Workers to the Shop Floor Associates, upper management tends to have more concern for the Office than their own Manufacturing floor. Mandatory OT
