      Pros

      Made some wonderful connections during my time there.

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke. They will blame everyone but themselves for anything that goes wrong. Leadership also has zero knowledge on the term boundaries and work life balance. The mental health of employees is also not something any of them care about. No bonuses, no promotions, and an absurd RTO policy.

      - Great people to work with - High-profile portfolio of clients - FTO that you're actually able to use - Decent work-life balance even working 100% remote - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Promotions and career advancement are incredibly slow. I've only received one 3% raise in the 4.5 years I've been working here despite being up for a promotion for over a year and a half now and EOY reviews being nothing but positive feedback.
