Pros

Salary can be good depending on your role.

Cons

Huge staff turnover - Our team had 4 managers within 2 years. Micro-management - Colleagues are often always being kept an eye on/spied on. Often your desk-phone would ring 1 minute before the end of your shift to make sure you were still there. Bullying - Certain staff members will go out of their way to report you for the smallest of things that could often be resolved with a short conversation. Overtime - Often always given to a "select few", sometimes we weren't even made aware. So the chances of being able to earn extra income were slim, if not impossible. Team Drinks - Often a nightmare. Were never organised properly, and you'd often end up paying for your own drinks as managers would not turn up. Pay Rises - Almost non-existent. Continued false-promises of potential payrises but they never seemed to appear. If/when they did, they were insulting. If your trains are EVER late, don't bother applying for a role here. I was disciplined for lateness, despite have screenshots and photos of my delayed trains, being told "it's not good enough". Seems the staff here don't know what delayed & cancelled trains mean.
