* It’s a company with a warmth that shows in everything they do; they always try to make you feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. * They are always working to improve their internal processes and to find ways for the logistics of dealing with clients and engineers to work as smoothly as possible. * Communication is always quick and fluid, with a very open culture for discussing things and finding solutions.

In my case, the only downside I can find is the time zone and geographical distance I have from them, since I would like to participate more in their activities. Even so, they do their best to make engineers who are geographically distant feel included.

Very supportive and approachable management — they genuinely care about employees' well-being. Even though I work directly with the client, the PrimeHammer team makes an effort to stay connected and involved. Great work-life balance and flexibility. Warm, friendly culture with a small-company feel. My experience as a remote contractor has been smooth and positive from day one.
