Pros
pladis really tries to encourage workers to keep a healthy work life balance, especially when working from home. Official comms including not scheduling calls after 4pm or taking regular breaks relieves some working pressures. There are many resources to help with mental health, personal development and other struggles you may have that could affect your worklife.
Cons
I have only worked here for just over a year and so cannot think of many cons just yet. Most decent company benefits such as private healthcare are only available at certain employment levels (not sure if this is normal).
