The management and leadership style is strict/stern, but always fair. They will tell you exactly how you are missing the mark of their high standards, but also give you a chance to show that you can be coached to become better. They practice and recognize extreme ownership. I do not see the above points as cons, but to somebody who only wants to do the bare minimum and not push themselves - do yourself a favor and look for a job that won't hold you accountable.

Staff gatherings and events with free food.

A couple of Directors/Managers who have absolutely no business managing staff but are in position of authority due to nepotism. They love to scapegoate employees for their bad decisions. Witnessed and on the receiving end of screaming temper tantrums from a "Director" with a severe inferiority complex. Frequently fired Engineers for his overstepping and micro management. Then there's the terrible screening of potential new hires, and terrible onboarding process. Pointless in office work so they can monitor your every move. Low pay, terrible benefits.
