Low pay for work experience

Got lucky to be in a separate department which started out really well as not so busy with inbound calls and a good bit of admin work which is nice for a change.

Very understaffed team and management don’t seem to understand this. Training means nothing if you go to a different team with completely different systems and thrown into deep end.
