- Good only for getting initial exposure of career. - Join if you are in need of the stepping stone.

- Too much stress. - Chances of having Impostor Syndrome. - Real low salaries. - No facilities for the employees. - Long working hours and no work life balance. - Big promises and nothing on the ground. - Moral policing and prying on the employee's activities, in and out of work. - Blame games, petty politics are part of job here. One has to be very cunning to survive. - Boring, unchallenging work. - Responsibilities are not limited to your job title and skills. You may have to do anything, anytime as dictated. - Very less holidays.

- Get hands-on work for development. - If you are driven, you can very quickly become a key member of the team.

- Bad management practices. - SCRUM stand-ups used to pass blame. - Almost all of the senior, experienced staff left with the last departure being in January 2017. - Current leads are not up to mark technically, many bad practices are being accepted now. - The management assigns module and then asks about older work done in module on the same day as the assignment. - The management assigns work which takes priority over pre-decided work. When the pre-decided work is delayed the management puts all blame on employees. - Many technical details are unknown to the current lead (as of March 2017), this leads to confusion & bad practices.
