      Friendly, relaxing, open, encourage environment! Flexible working hours, Wed. free breakfast and Fri free lunch, some free drink, snacks, lunch and learn, monthly Bday cakes, team events, yoga classes, charity running events....

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
