I really enjoy working at Ooma for several reasons. First, Ooma provides a great opportunity to work with talented and smart individuals on industry leading projects. Culture in the company has certainly improved over the past year or so. We get weekly Friday lunches and Wednesday breakfast. Not only that, but we now have a lounge where we can work in an open space and collaborate with fellow team members. Salary is competitive and comes with great benefits.
