Extremely outdated technology. They are still implementing technology that was state of the art in the 80's and 90's. They refuse to entertain newer proven technology. Any attempt to direct them in a state of the art solution is denied. They won't even allow you to implement things that are not so state of the art as they are stuck in a rut of "this has always worked, why change now". Trying to convince them that there are better ways of doing something is pointless.. If you over 50 and looking for a place to go to ride it out, this might be for you. Don't expect to learn anything new. Work/personal life time is non-existent as well. They expect you to be available 24X7X365 whether you're on vacation or not. There have been extensive layoffs that no one is reporting either. We've lost a lot of very skilled technical people the last several months! I know of two former employees that did not rate the company in a positive manner that were let go after filling out the "anonymous" internal company survey. Current employees, you've been warned!
