You learn a wide variety of skills outside of your hired role. The retainer assignments mean you're always on the go so there is never a dull moment.
Cons
Nepotism is very apparent. Also, the lack of transparency from management coupled with the fact that bullying was allowed made working there stressful and unenjoyable.
