Good people just lacked serious direction - Customer Experience Specialist nate Employee Review

There was a real lack of communication and cross-collaboration among departments when it came down to the business side of things which I feel seriously hurt the company in the long run and this was through no fault of the departments but rather upper management lacking the leadership skills needed to bring every department together. Not only that but the mass layoffs were handled very distastefully by upper management as well.
