No longer a company - Security Consultant nVisium Employee Review

I am very lucky to have landed at nVisium after about 15 years in the industry. This is a competent, motivated group of application security professionals. We get a lot of freedom and variety in the engagements we work on, as well as dedicated "bench time" to pursue our own technical projects. Management communicates well, teammates are constantly helping one another, and all of the business functions (reporting, timekeeping, etc.) are very streamlined. The compensation and perks keep pace with other industry leaders. nVisium is a company where one could plan to grow a career over the long-term, which is increasingly rare in our industry.

No major downsides after about two years on the job.

Workload could be high at times.
