      Pros

      If you are searching for a job with limited growth opportunities, both career-wise and professional development-wise - this a great place, as long as you are comfortable with the challenging working atmosphere. Comfortable positions for some, but limited vision and expectations mid to long term.

      Cons

      Gossipy, mobbing, superficiality, unequal treatment, limited intercultural understanding, unable to provide adapted strategies, or, in some cases, any kind of strategy. If you are searching for a job with limited growth opportunities, both career wise and professional development wise - this a great place as long as you are comfortable with the challenging working atmosphere. Comfortable positions for some, limited visions and expectations. Performance is not core - neither technical nor behavior contributions are fairly escalated, assessed or recognized, Most of upper management is ex Pentair and are reluctant towards fresh views and new voices. Management is most frequently inconsistent, mobbing and "parties" are not tackled with, but feared,

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Very considerate of actual career and life experience rather than focusing on having a degree. Management really cares about your success personally and professionally. Top-notch focus on career development. Cohesive, cooperative teams. Fair base pay for experience, good health benefits, and decent flexibility.

      Cons

      Your experience will be deeply influenced by which location you work at and position you work in. The company has a good framework for inclusion but in reality there are unchecked local employees who make it very uncomfortable if you can't pass for right wing. Raises are inconsistent and don't seem to be determined by performance ratings. Despite having a good review every cycle, I haven't seen so much as a cost of living adjustment post - promotion.
