      Pros

      Steady paycheque, big company resources available.

      Cons

      Below average wage. nVent conglomerate buys up great brands and mismanages them to death. So the work environment is a bit futile. The direction is always changing so nothing gets finished. Employee innovation is not acknowledged.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
