Pros

No SOP, no guideline, no dateline

Cons

No benefit at all, no flexi claim very low increment no bonus no WFH must work 9 hours per day doctor claim only 500 per yeae AL only 14 days no staff purchase, even bun and coffee need to pay in office company not earning money but boss keep changing new expensive car with all these cons, do not expect good colleague in office.

Okay working environment and with good coffee.

Cons

Have to pay for coffee and bread. Don't expect any snacks to be provided in pantry. Management can be old fashioned. No proper handover from previous staff. I waited 3 weeks to hear back from HR regarding my position. Depending on how nice the colleagues you are working with, you either get help or extra responsibilities thrown at you.
