We are sorry to hear the comments about feeling the divestment process was disorganized. At mthree, we always strive to support our employees and notably through the divestment changes. As with any company divestment there will be changes, small and large. Mthree provided transparent, detailed communications to employees around any upcoming changes as well as updates of changes that were underway and breakdowns of progress made.
With regard to client communication, our goal is to ensure that despite internal changes due to the divestment it would in no way impact the daily business operations and top-notch service we provide to our clients. We do understand that the needs of every client will be different, respective to their organization, so any concerns or questions that arise from the client side should be addressed directly with mthree Client Services Leadership to better understand what may be needed. We encourage open lines of communications across teams and our HR Team is another good resource to utilize for assistance regarding internal changes or communications.
