No communication.
From one day to other day you can get fire without notice period.
CEO treats you as a kid and he doesn't express himself, you need to discover what he wants, like a fortune-teller
Just get a promotion if you are good friend of CEO, not because you are a great professional with plenty of knowledge
Organization is too bad, CEO will change you from one team to other team every month and half without notification, this is very annoying because when you start feeling confortable with your new position you have to move to something completely different.
No training, Google will be your best friend, but CEO will be very tough with results, so don't think you have enough time to learn or adapt yourself to this new environment, you have to bring results from minute one. This is something reasonable if someone teach how to use the company's tools and the way they work but in this case you are alone in the dark.
