1) Management knows how to take advantage of employees like, delaying appraisals and make them work more, Will order food in lieu of making employees sit in office for more than 14-15 hours, assigning tasks which are impossible and making employees feel that they don't deserve to be in the organization. (Why don't you see this while recruiting?)
2) Hire freshers from colleges, make them work on projects without training and later do not pay them the promised amount.
3) Employer makes employees think as if they are learning a lot, but actually they are just wasting their valuable time.
4) No proper planning of the company. Waste employees time.
5) No work life balance, once you make a mistake of joining this company forget Saturdays and Sundays.
6) Worst company culture.
