      - Expect toxic male bro hustle culture ironically propagated by the ceo. - Expect no yearly growth in pay. They just changed that to variable pay. Imagine that in this economy? - Expect a talk on “the burning desire to win in the market” while paying woolies wages. - Expect late night calls and pings - Expect to be asked for a positive glassdoor review to help them with series B fundraise.

      Half the codebase is not vibe-coded garbage.

      Cons

      Half the codebase is becoming vibe-coded garbage. Some "prompt engineer" stumbled through their way through a "big idea", it passed the demo, and now it's my problem when it breaks in prod. Except it won't break in prod because nobody's using it. Our real users are three VCs watching a Loom at 2x speed.
