Communication is clear, and you’re trusted to take ownership without being micromanaged. The flexibility is a big plus. Working remotely feels natural here, with a healthy respect for personal time and boundaries. Meetings are purposeful and well organized, which makes it easier to stay focused and avoid burnout. The work itself is engaging and varied. Projects are interesting, there’s room to be creative, and you’re encouraged to grow and learn along the way. Overall, it’s a place where the work feels meaningful and the environment makes you want to do your best.

Honestly, I don’t have any real cons to mention.

1. Exciting variety of projects. For me it's really important not being stacking with one client and one style but work on different projects, use different tools and approaches. 2. Amazing talented team. The team and CEO are friendly, talented, and simply wonderful. They're easy to work with and easy to communicate with. 3. Flexibility. If I need some hours off. It's possible to arrange it.

There are some busy and a bit crazy days. But you alway can discuss it. In general nothing supernatural.)
