Understaffed. No bonuses except in extreme cases. Hierarchical structure sometimes vague, makes it difficult to prioritize assignments and work load.

Any one can make a big impact. A lot of great people, interesting projects and a lot to learn and grow.

Hard work. Not much work life balance.
