I would like to thank each mLevel employee who has taken the time to write a review on GlassDoor, as your feedback and candor have been invaluable. We are currently in the process of transforming our business, starting at the very top with leadership and a new CEO -- to which I have gladly accepted the challenge. As a part of that change, we are also making a concerted effort to become completely transparent with our employees on what is working and what isn’t, as well as which KPIs matter and which do not. While no company can be perfect, our goal is not only to share this information but to also listen keenly to each employee’s feedback as we experience this transformation, allowing us the best chance for success moving forward.
While we cannot change the past, it is my promise as CEO that we will improve our future -- our mission is to have us all moving in the same direction with one common goal. And for anyone reading this response that is interested in being a part an innovative product company and helping others learn better, I encourage you to join us on this journey as it will be an adventure of a lifetime.
