They’ll hire you with the intention of firing you few months later. Joined for a while and I’ve watched them retrench a good number of staffs and then rehiring new ones, and then firing them. Salary is way below the market rate, please go find elsewhere. Management treats you like you have no self-worth. They’d rather keep the people who can’t work and retrench the good ones. They act like they care but they actually don’t.
