Great company to work for - Demand Generation Manager m3ter Employee Review

m3ter is the best company I've worked at in my career as a Software Engineer. I have worked remotely before, both hybrid and fully remote and I can say that the environment at m3ter has made this far easier than it was at previous companies. There is a culture of autonomy but also while tackling things openly so if you ever encounter an issue there is always someone happy to help out. The quarterly m33tups are a fantastic idea to bridge the gap between working remotely and forming in-person, social relationships with your team. I have attended one so far and it was great. The engineering team is fantastic. Everyone is focused on delivering features whilst maintaining high engineering and operational standards which is refreshing. The leadership team are great and very approachable.

No cons about working at m3ter to share.

Great hard-working people with good intentions and no egos. Work is interesting and challenging.

As with any new company, they are finding their way and making some missteps along the way.
