Pros
Senior staff are knowledgeable, opportunities to learn from your peers, multiple yearly staff outings and events, many opportunities to work, consistent work with a group of clients allowing you to build rapport with them, management is willing to work with you to find an office (out of the 5 available across the country) to work in
Cons
Company is consistently understaffed resulting in some engineers pulling consistent 50 to 70 hour weeks, peers are often too busy with their own work to teach you new skills, senior staff are often too busy to mentor you, you can either have no work or be flood with work depending on the time of year, the benefits are poor, compensation is low if you are not senior staff, not many opportunities for upward movement within the company structure, salary increases have been decreasing in recent years, yearly bonuses ending soon due to merger with WSP
