Pros

With the exception of upper management, you work with great, smart people that really want to make a difference in the energy market.

Cons

No room for advancement The CEO is a sociopath - he believes all the employees are dispensable (fires people without warning with no realization of what happens when that role is no longer filled), he claims the company is transparent and yet has made Juwi sue several former employees and not explained himself to his employees, he seems to despise his employees Unless you want to get sued, you will not be able to work in Solar or Wind for a year after leaving Juwi. Clearly this will impact your career growth! Very negative work environment - a lot of employees are unhappy with various aspects of the company which leads to a lot of complaining with little power to change anything.

Pros

The workload is light at times and Boulder is a nice place...

Cons

You cannot trust the leadership on their promises. They often screw the employees out of their bonuses, coming up with various excuses not to pay them the full bonus. It is often a low percentage. Do not count on getting much bonus from juwi! Promotions are rare and even when they do happen there is little or no change in compensation.
